He@LthY Dr!Nk$ FoR L!Fe!!! :)
Hi viewers!
Let us start off with a few healthy drinks....
Are u having high cholestrol?
Are you under stress and nervousness?
Are you having flu like symptoms?
Are you looking for a herbal remedy?
Are you looking for a herb with many medical uses?

First drink I'll introduce is tea brewed from our own national flower....Hibiscus!

Cammy, boy, come to me,
Please share your story with me,
Let's hear it with a smile,
While we drink CHAMOMILE.
Now chamomile is a mild relaxant. It helps relieve nervousness, stress and anxiety. It is also usually used for cramps.

Originally under the honeysuckle family, Caprifoliaceae, but was reclassified due to its genetic evidence. I introduce to you, ELDERberry.

Lavender, our purple buds, vastly grown in a field. Do you know that Lavender tea has it's uses?

There was once a pair of twins who lives with their widowed mother. Once was called ROSE and the other MARY. In the garden, rosemary bushes grow in rows...well,now u can guess how the girls got their name. (This is just a story)...Let me introduce to you, our dear Rose-Mary tea....
